Payment & Cancellation Policy

At One Healthy Mind, we are committed to providing quality care while also ensuring a respectful and reliable therapeutic relationship. The following policies help us maintain that standard for all clients.

Session Fees

  • Therapy Assessment: €100 (60–70 minutes)
  • Individual Therapy (1 session): €80 (60 minutes)
  • Individual Therapy (2 sessions): €160 (60 minutes each)
  • Individual Therapy (3 sessions): €240 (60 minutes each)
  • Couples Therapy: €130 (60 minutes)

Payment Terms

  • All sessions must be pre-paid at the time of booking.
  • Payment secures your appointment and confirms your commitment to the therapeutic process.
  • Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable after cancellation deadlines (see below).

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. However, to maintain fairness and availability for all clients, we have the following policy:

  • Cancellations made with at least 24–48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
  • Cancellations made on the same day or less than 24 hours before your session will be considered a missed session and are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or cancellations at the time of the session are also non-refundable.
  • Repeated cancellations may impact our ability to continue scheduling future sessions.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Please contact us as early as possible via email or text. A confirmation will be sent once your cancellation or reschedule request is processed.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all therapy services provided by One Healthy Mind through www.onehealthymind.com. By booking a session, you agree to the following:

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed once full payment is received.
  • You will be required to tick a checkbox at checkout indicating your understanding and agreement to these terms and our payment & cancellation policy.

2. Session Structure

  • Therapy sessions are conducted online unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Sessions last 60 minutes. The initial therapy assessment lasts between 60–70 minutes.
  • It is your responsibility to attend on time. Late arrivals will not extend the session duration.

3. Confidentiality and Forms

  • All clients must sign a Confidentiality & Consent Agreement and complete an Assessment Form before beginning therapy.
  • Failure to return these forms may delay or cancel the start of therapy.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments must be made in advance.
  • Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
  • Sessions cancelled with 24–48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once without penalty.

5. Package Expiry

  • Sessions purchased in packages (2 or 3 sessions) must be used within 4 months of the date of purchase.
  • Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

6. Therapist Commitments

  • Your therapist commits to providing a safe, respectful, and professional therapeutic space.
  • In case of therapist emergency or cancellation, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.

7. Client Responsibility

  • Therapy is most effective when you are consistent and engaged.
  • Please ensure you are in a private, quiet space during your online session, with a reliable internet connection.

8. Emergency Situations

  • One Healthy Mind does not provide crisis services.
  • If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency service or mental health hotline immediately.
